generator rex redo

I was bored out of my mind when I noticed the Rex I was using seemed a little inaccurate (but I still like it) so i decided to fiddle around with some parts I've gathered to make my own that is a little more accurate I still got a little tweaking to do but tell me what you think (I'm gonna try and add builds as other features)
